Callanetics is rooted in various exercises borrowed from Eastern cultures, combined with breathing techniques. All body muscles are subjected to intense static load, during which one must hold a specific position for 60 to 100 seconds. The class is suitable for both beginners and physically active individuals.

Low to medium intensity

BENEFITS:

Despite minimal movement, a large amount of energy is expended during the workout, leading to significant calorie burn, restored normal metabolic function, improved posture, and strengthened deep muscles.
